1. DATA WE COLLECT

MyBubbleo was designed according to the "Privacy by Design" principle. We do not collect any personally identifiable data about you on our servers.

However, the application may store the following types of data locally on your device for its operation:

• Usage Data: Tasks, lists, categories, due dates and associated notes.
• Preferences: Interface settings, visual themes (colors, bubble shapes), and onboarding state.

All this data remains exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to a third party or to a remote server managed by us.

2. IOS PERMISSIONS

To provide its services, the application may request access to certain features of your iOS device:

• Notifications: Permission used only to show you local reminders at the times you have defined. No marketing notifications are sent.
• Face ID / Touch ID: If you choose to activate this security option, the application will use Apple's biometric API to verify your identity locally. No biometric data is accessible by the application itself.

3. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Since we do not collect any data, we have nothing to share.

4. SECURITY

The security of your data relies on the security of your device (iPhone). We use standard iOS secure storage mechanisms (AsyncStorage, SQLite) to keep your information locally.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTROL

Since your data is stored locally:

• You have total and immediate access to your data via the application.
• You can delete all your data instantly by deleting the application from your device.
